Level 1 and Level 2 offenders are required to submit updated photos every three years, while Level 3 offenders must submit updated photos annually.Additionally, Level 3 offenders and those offenders designated sexual predators must personally verify their address every 90 days with law enforcement. This registry is designed to increase community safety and awareness.
While it is the Registry that maintains the Website, the Registry strictly relies on the Department of Corrections, the court, and/or other state and local law enforcement agencies to transmit the registration information on sex offenders to the Registry.
It will then provide a list of all registered county sex offenders living within a one-mile radius within the boundaries of the county selected.
If you are looking for information about a particular sex offender registered in that county, the registry can help there as well.
Using this Website, the public has access to public information regarding the reported physical whereabouts or location of convicted sex offenders, sexually violent predators, and child predators.
Information provided in this Website is intended to increase public awareness about the presence of sex offenders in local communities, and thus, heighten public safety.
